Melanie's desire to assist others in achieving physical and mental well-being, began in 2010 with a trip to India, in seeking relief from her own health-related concerns. Through this pursuit, she achieved greatest strides through the practice of Ayurveda (meaning, science of life). This traditional philosophy takes into account one's entire being: physical, mental and spiritual. Ayurveda assess diet, lifestyle, daily habits, imbalances and instances of disease.
